Sierra Boggess is a theater actor and singer. She is best known for originating the role of Ariel in the Musical adaptation of "The Little Mermaid" and starring as Christine in "The Phantom of the Opera" on Broadway. Boggess was born in Denver, Colorado to a musical family and graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She started her career as ensemble and u/s Cosette in the National Tour of "Les Miserables". From there, she was cast in a Las Vegas Production of "The Phantom of the Opera", leading her to eventually play it on Broadway. Other credits include "it Shoulda Been You," "School of Rock: The Musical" and "A Little Princess." She is now one of the most well known sopranos in the theater industry. She describes herself as an "avid yogi, vegetarian and animal rights activist" and uses her Instagram platform to practice what she calls Light Lessons-a positivity and gratitude exercise.
