MUNIBA KNOWS THINGS WILL CHANGE The first time I saw her was on YouTube, when I was watching random videos, and then the next video came up and then I saw a girl sitting on a wheelchair in the auditorium. And there were so many people sitting around her. She has a lot of pride and a smile on her face. I could see that in the video. She was not scared or nervous. She kept talking about who she was before the incident to her, and now what she became; she talked about how her life changed and had made a complete new person. Then I decided to search more about her, because in her speeches she gave so many inspirational thoughts about life. Muniba Mazari was born on 3rd March in 1987 in Pakistan. Muniba was 18 years old when her father asked her to get married, and she said if that made happy she would say yes. At that time she had completed high school. Muniba and Shahzad had an arranged marriage in 2005. On February 27 in 2008, Muniba and her husband had a car accident. Somehow her husband saved himself, but Muniba was still inside the car and then the car fell into the ditch. People around her managed to take her to the hospital. She suffered multiple injuries and doctors said she could no longer paint. It was a very painful move for her, because she had a dream before marriage, she wants to become an artist. And also she wouldn't be able to give birth to a child. And due to her physical condition, she had divorced in 2015 ( Mazari, perfectly imperfect). Divorce was the big fear she had, but then she decided to fight for fear. And the golden from her mother, which changed her life,” This too shall pass, God has a greater, God has a greater plan for you. I don’t know what it is, but he surely has” ( Mazari, Perfectly Imperfect-1). These words were keeping her alive, every single in the hospital. Then she decided to paint, and she started to live her dream as an artist. Then she decided to talk about her life, she likes to share her life experience with others. She started to paint with the slogan, “ Let Your Walls Wear Colours, she created her own art band called Muniba’s Canvas” (Dailytime Lahore-2). Muniba created a new person inside her soul, and she completely changed herself. Then she adopted a son named Nael. One car accident changed her life, she became an artist, a wheelchair bound model, doing modeling, and also she hosted T.V shows. Muniba thinks,” Always love your mother, because you will never get another. I wish you were here. Thank you for making me who I am today.” ( Mazari Perfectly Imperfect - 3). She also made it in “ Forbes 30 under 30 list for 2014. And also she became The National Ambassador for UN women Pakistan after being shortlisted in 2015 by BBC” ( Muniba Mazari-4). Muniba Mazari really impressed me because she also knows when to say good words,” Words have the power to heal, so choose wisely!” ( Muniba Mazari quotes-5) And one more of her ideas touched my heart is, and I also agree with it that normally people think that life gives too much exam/ test and sometimes we are just so tired of it, so we easily give up with the test or with life. Because we think we tried and we failing again and again, so it’s better to give up. We just started to lose hope. But Muniba thinks that never ever give up so easily, because life always wants us to give it a try, so keep trying without losing hope, because from the mistakes we become a new person each and every time.
