Vanessa Dager is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the M&A Group in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division, based in New York. She is responsible for the bank’s M&A practice in Latin America. Vanessa joined Credit Suisse in May 2010 from Citigroup Global Markets where she was a Vice President in the Latin America coverage team in New York. Prior to that, Vanessa worked at Stern Stewart & Co. for three years as an Associate. Vanessa has more than ten years of M&A experience across sectors and markets in the region and has participated in M&A transactions for some of the most relevant regional and multinational clients including Fibra Uno, Scribe, Innova, Chedraui, Ecopetrol, Centenario, Heineken, Walmart, Advent, and Orange. Vanessa holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Los Andes (Bogota, Colombia).
