1989 - Today

By: Niesaj | Date Added:

Kyoka Nakagawa is the Chief Engineer and serves in many Departments & activities, such as the Value Creation Department, Digital Transformation Division, the Digital Solution Center, and where you may ask? Honda R&D Corporation in Japan. A way Nakagawa is implementing IBM into her work, is by better understanding consumer behavior when driving, this will lead to a increased reliability in cars , and they would have their own personalized driving experience. The benefits that Nakagawa reached with AI was that it helps people to focus on their own thinking and processes, i think that is pretty awesome. AI helps us develop a focus and can also lead us to more interests as well. AI helps with the work, and makes the people's work come more alive. Nakagawa wish she knew in the beginning was that every project is not going to turn out successful, and AI is a valuable skill. The best advice Nakagawa received was "Push the frontier, and open the way to go where you want to go." She encourages women to enjoy being a women and a mother while you turn out to become an amazing person at work.
