Ciara Taylor is one of the founding members of Dream Defenders that fight for social justice and constantly challenges the status quo. During her time with Dream Defenders Taylor was the political director and then became the director of political consciousness. She also empowers many members of her community and shows them how to make a difference within their own communities. She currently works with Code Pink to raise awareness of the many consequences of the U.S. invasion of Iraq and campaign to end war around the world.
