Karen L Halby is an Senior Vice President, Head of the Global Tax Office at Sony Corporation which is one of the most Japanese multinational conglomerates. She is the first women in the global executive role and is a member of Sony's executive leadership. She had joined Sony in 2000. Previously she had held positions in PepsiCo, Coty, and first started her career at Sullivan & Cromwell and Latham & Watkins. Karen had joined the Sony Global Tax organization in 2001, which now had offices in New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Singapore, and London.
