Sheryl Sandberg is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Facebook since 2008. The many operations which Sheryl works on is; Facebook sales, marketing, business development, human resources, public policy and communications. Sheryl before working as the COO she had also served as an economist for the world bank and was the chief of staff at the US Treasury Department. Sheryl and Mike Zuckerberg found ways to balance the two subjects that mattered the most to consumers, which was data and also facebook Privacy. Sheryl has also made an appearance in Tedtalk where she spoke about women leadership roles and the programs, mentorships, that help women get to leadership positions, but instead of focusing on these programs she decided to maintain a focus on our individual selves, "Today i want to focus on what we can do as individuals. What are the messages we need to tell ourselves?" She shared three important messages in the Tedtalk which are- - Sit at the table - Make your partner a real partner - don't leave before you leave Each of these messages contain a sentimentalized message to it and a story behind these messages.
