Tristan Gale is an Skeleton Racer, a skeleton sport is one which sleds down in a frozen track, the only difference is they are laying down on their stomach , and the sled is much more thinner and heavier which gives the athletes more control of the sled. Tristan Gale had started Skeleton in the year of 2001. Skeleton was named skeleton because of the way the sled looked. The first introduction of this game in the Olympics was in 2002. Tristan Gale has lived in Salt Late City since the age of 9 and was very much familiar with the environment , which was one of her advantages, since also her best friend was also in the race, Lea Ann Parsley, who was a firefighter for 17 years. The thought was that parsley was going to win the match but turns out Gale had outran everyone when the finals arrived in the 2002 games. She had accomplished the gold medal in the game when it was the first year that it arrived. She had also won a bronze medal in the year of 2003 at the women's skeleton event in Nagano. She had retired in the year of 2006 and has been a coach for the french Skeleton team in 2010 for their Vancouver game.Tristan got married in 2008 and now has a son.
