Sarah Chapman a British Women who was the first ever industrial action taken for the suffrage. She led the Match Girls Strike in the 1888 that improved their working conditions forever. She worked in the position as a matchmaking machinist. She and some other workers had a meeting to put an end into poor factory condition and mistreatment of workers. Which brought a march to establish a union for women in all workplaces to have equal rights and to ensure a better environment to work in. She inspired me by standing out and standing up to what she believed in to have a better future for herself and for other generation to come. She inspired greatness to be able to start a union for women in a man's world to have a say with working conditions and in other areas. (All it takes is a flame to start a fire.)
